Initial experience was great, but turned into kind of a nightmare. At first, they seemed on top of everything and as concerned about our properties as we were. Things quickly went downhill since last fall, when the owner had to step aside. It seems like staff is minimal and they are low on resources. We had to call several times every month to get the rent from our properties deposited into our account. I have been a tenant of Adventure Property Management for the past 3 years and have had nothing but superb service. Kim and Lexi have gone above and beyond any expectation I had of a property management company. The rental we lived in was a problematic situation from the beginning due to the owners of the house. I felt bad having to call Adventure with any maintenance repairs because it always became an issue once the owner was contacted.
