For about a month we have been going back and forth about a recall on our bike. Billy was very informative and helpful as much as he could be. My husband, John, was venting to me today about how he felt that the service person didn’t want to do their job and was trying to blow him off. Keep in mind we have a paper stating that there is in fact a recall. The service person, Jerry, was a complete douche. RecommendedI must personally commend Billy for his natural willingness to assist in anything regarding parts and possible resolutions related to my Kawasaki Vulcan 500. I must also state that the young lady at the front end always makes me feel welcome when I enter. I wouldn't consider any other source for Kawasaki sales, parts or service.
This place is absolutely wonderful. I absolutely love the Vulcan S I just purchased and the last bike I bought from them was also great. This is the only place that I will do business for my riding needs.

I got a phone call asking me about my purchase at Adventure. I missed the call, so I will just put my ‘review’ here. I drove from Louisville to buy my bike here after talking with Phil on the phone. It was the simplist, most pleasant new-bike buying experience Ive ever had. I just got a really good vibe. Good people. I will use them again, for sure. I love my new bike and feel good about doing business with a deserving ‘local’ brick-n-mortar shop. A+++ 🙂✌️
Have the best workers they really make you feel like you belong there and help you get to your ride back and safe an if they are going to order parts they will call you before they do It has to be the best shop I’ve been to
