Ordered Kawasaki tail light guards for my KRX. Arrived in timely fashion but the part didn't fit. I was unable to attach the guard to the tool cage. Customer service asked for and received pictures of my dilemma. Just wanted them replaced. Stayed in touch the first few days providing updates. Currently nothing but crickets for the last week ! Suppose it's best to use another source when ordering online Kawasaki parts.
