Every so often you run into an organisation where you just receive the best service. This is one of those places, Sid and Michelle are unbelievable. From personally taking care of your registration information to delivering your boat to the Lake, it just seems like there’s nothing they won’t do for you. I wish I could post 10 stars because I would.
We purchased a display pontoon boat from the outdoor show in March 2025. The guy was very friendly and had a lot of great information. However there was some damage from the show they would fix. Yet to hear about that, it's now June. Also when we were supposed to meet up at the lake to take ownership of the boat he was 3 hours late, scheduled our appointment in between other appointments which doesn't make since. Scheduled an appointment to bring my boat in for them to put on the wakeboard tower that I had purchased. They told me they would start on it in 3-5 business days. My boat sat outside for 12 business days before they even touched it. Then, only took 6 hours to complete the job while my boat was there for 2 weeks after the scheduled time. Gave me 3 different excuses on why and then come to find out they went out of town! I was told they would send me photos of options on where to put the tower before they drilled any holes.
