Scheduled an appointment to bring my boat in for them to put on the wakeboard tower that I had purchased. They told me they would start on it in 3-5 business days. My boat sat outside for 12 business days before they even touched it. Then, only took 6 hours to complete the job while my boat was there for 2 weeks after the scheduled time. I usually don’t leave reviews unless I had a terrible experience with the company, but this time I’m going out of my way to make sure my positive review is out there because they truly deserve it. We have taken our boat to Sid for 2 years. The first year we had quite a bit of stuff done, including new decals. We spent a good amount of money getting the boat fixed up. We got the boat back and took it on the water a couple times and where the old decals were started turning black. We asked him to fix it, and he was extremely rude. Acted like we were an inconvenience. He finally agreed to fix it.
