Great team at Adventure Marina! I brought my used boat in for an initial checkout and annual service. Great customer service/responsiveness by Chase in service, and also great parts/supplies service by Kathy and Rob at the counter. I must have asked a dozen questions to them about available parts and service for my 11+ yr old inboard engine boat, including an electrical problem I had with bilge pump and alternator. I had my boat serviced at Adventure Marina and have been happy with the work and happy with the easy accessibility/easy communication with everyone from the Service Manager to the Techs doing the work. Bill, Chase and everyone in the service department are great! Also, Chase referred me to Jason Lewis for a total overhaul of my boats upholstery. Jason Lewis does incredible work with awesome customer service at a price that WILL beat all others! Highly recommend!
We rented a boat to check out the bay and to go to Crab Island. We were so glad we rented from them. They were very accommodating to our specific needs rather than a one size fits all. We will definitely rent from them again rather than going into Destin; it was only a 20 minute ride from them to Crab Island. We even saw rays in Cinco Bayou!
