I have had 3 HP Products 2 of which I am still using. My business Laptop had a cooling issue with the CPU and unit. They replaced the Thermal Assembly one the day they received the part. Unit had a 3-year warranty plus the optional 1-year extended warranty which was good that I purchased as the unit was 3 years old. The onsite Service technician was excellent and tested it properly before he left. Using the HP Support Assistant installed on the device helped and keep everyone in the email loop. Absolutely useless lack of customer support is unbelievably pathetic can not talk to anyone there is no physical phone number just bullshit online so called support centre contacting to ACCC on Monday
