I have two kids under 3, and we love this place! They have a toddler program with a lovely teacher (Ms Karen) who teaches from 9-2 every Mon-Wed-Friday. The owner (Valerie Phillips) and her daughter Hunter both work at the daycare too and they do a really good job of thinking up activities for the children that are both fun and engaging! We’re originally from Kansas in Dallas for vacation and my husband and I wanted to have some alone time. We have 3 boys ranging from 4-9 y.o and they loved spending their time there. My oldest said the staff were very kind, patient and “not mean at all.” My kids have had a bad experience at daycare before so they were nervous before going, but they ended up not want to leave. My kids had an amazing time here! Of course, as a parent, you always feel a little worried when you first leave your kids at a playcare, but this one was a home like atmosphere with a kid friendly staff. The staff was approachable and friendly! They made my kids feel right at home. The playcare had fun things for my kids to do and the food was awesome! I want to thank Patti, Denise, Monica and Doris for making my kids feel right at home. They were so nice! Thank you Adventure Kids! I am definitely bringing my kids back!

I was hesitant about coming here because of the reviews and as a mom I will not ever discount someone's experience but let me tell you mine. I called and asked alot of questions about safety etc and they spent time answering my questions. I was still nervous but I had no sitter and needed one for an important meeting. We walked in and I saw a clean facility with a handful of kids and friendly adult faces. My daughter only saw the toys, she went directly to the dolls, didn't even say bye. The whole painting the boys nails. Omg the unprofessionalism of the owner. Im sorry but it doesn't matter how the customer is acting, you always keep a level of professionalism. And that did not happen in that video. If she really felt in danger she should have immediately called the cops then. Not start cussing at a client. So disappointing to watch! And I did see your guys' response video and not once did I see any accountability being taken! So upsetting. Please, please do better!
