Who do you ask for when you call? Cuz no one nos anything they very mean to children they don’t change diapers they don’t wanna help the children they don’t watch children and katie was so unprofessional so who do speak to for answers in resolve the problem in no every answer the phone so please tell me

I was going to use this place as a backup care for a week while traveling to Seattle for work. The kids were screaming at the top of their lungs, the staff was yawning(at 11am) and totally uninterested in taking care of the kids. My kid (3 year old) felt so scared that he said that it's a dangerous place and begged me to not leave him there. I cancelled my plan. The staff didn't care at all that I wasn't using their services and continued messaging on their phone.

Highly recommended! Facility is controlled access, fun activities through out the day, great pricing and the staff is very kind and respectful. My kiddo has enjoyed her time here and as a parent, I’ve appreciated how great the people and services are. Thank you to Katie, Madison, Mya and the rest of the Bellevue AKP team!

I honestly feel scammed, never had a worst experience in my life. I called THREE TIMES to ask about the parent night policy and was never told that my payment was non-transferable or that I could lose my money if I needed to put it on hold. I did everything right…I called in advance, I spoke to their employees, and I followed the information I was given. My child seems to generally enjoy their time here, and I appreciate the flexibility it offers for drop-in care. However, I do think there could be some improvements. At times, the staff seems a bit uncaring , and I've noticed that activities and toys aren't organized. Overall, it's an okay option for occasional care.
