Adventure Homes built us a Mojave home we are very pleased with our house had a couple things to repair they were on it !! Fixed them and everything else is awesome we really love are new home very bright inside and very comfortable !!! Winter bills not to high thanks to a great build !! Thank you Adventure homes !! And also Preferred homes out of Mi.. Ready to relax and enjoy !!! The Simmons family definitely give 5 stars !! And again thank you so much !!!
We purchased our home from Adventure Homes in June 2022, through the Oaks of Rockford. There were a few issues with the home. The staff at the Oaks coordinated the repairs with Adventure. The repair Tech’s showed up on time, executed the repairs, cleaned up afterwards, asked if there was anything else that needed to be done. Very professional, and pilot. Definitely would recommend them.
I am purchasing my single wide home with rent option. I had to have the front door reset and a few little things done. All issues were do to transport I am sure. They sent a contractor to check the door and the possible damage he arrived on time. Dan was professional and communicated with me the entire time before and after his arrival. The dispatcher I spoke to was pleasant and verified that her contractor had followed all company procedures and expectations and that I was satisfied with his performance.
Do not make mistake that my wife and I did buying a home from adventure homes they way over sale,they tell you real wood trim,its real wood but it has wood grain sticker over wood same with cabinet, Also make sure you have it inspected if you do make this mistake, I had 3" gap in mate line lag bolts were not long enough to attach home together also had over 20 floor joist with large cracks from being set wrong,Several Studs in walls bowed causing bulging on outside walls and pushed counter tops away from wall in both bathro... read more
Dustin J's review sounds really familiar. We purchased 4 Adventure homes for our communities. The entire process has been nightmare. Communication has been extremely poor as we never seem to get to talk to the same person when we are experiencing issues or have questions. Two of the homes were involved in accidents during transit and another was wrecked into a tree upon delivery. We bought our home through a rent own program, almost three years ago. Home is beautiful, but poorly constructed, low end appliances. Front door on ours and our neighbor is not plumbed in right. Attempts through the company were left unanswered or not resolved. Floor coberings, linoleum in our kitchen and master bedroom bath not properly glue down. Carpet?... Seen better in apartments, that carpet is cheap. Cherrywood cabinets...lolol I do clean, watching the color come off. Draws feel apart. I have glued, taped every strip ... read more
