I booked AdVenture games for a team building activity. Being new at a non-profit organization (Shout out Housing Forward), a little over 3 months, along with other new team members, it was hard to narrow down an activity that I felt everyone would enjoy. We're roughly a group of 40, so most staff knows one another, if not everyone. I booked this to take place after our Staff retreat since we were short on time due to last minute scrounging. I expected more for a two hour experience that cost $3k. The facilitator was fine but the refs left a lot to be desired. They didn't know the rules to the games, and seemed to be making it up as they went along. Certainly not worth the price tag for some orange cones, a small volleyball net and some balls. We even provided our own drinks and medals. Not worth the money.
Our favorite mission! Adventure games was such a fun team building activity!
