One great facility with so many different options for recovery and work outs. Hands down a 5 Star gym!
I loved this Fitness Club, the staff is incredible, I immediately bonded with owner Susan. Everyone made me feel comfortable as I was just getting back into working out on a regular basis. The club itself is spectacular, they have any and all equipment and class you would want. If I did not move away from the area I would still be a member. I miss this place, there needs to be more like it!

One of the coolest gyms I've ever visited! You could go here every day and NEVER become bored! They have a climbing room, rowing room, ninja warrior equipment, pilates, and on site trainers and therapists. Amazing place!
