Great buying experience... no high pressure. The shop had a great selection with price points to fit any budget. Premier location at the loop as well. They even have weekend paddle board rentals available.
Great experience. The staff was nice and helpful. I'm new to the area and they showed me a few nice routes to ride, and even mentioned that they will be starting a group ride on Monday nights if I would like to ride and have a chance to meet some people. Can't say anything bad about the store or the staff in general.
Awful experience.. not only is the staff rude and will make fun of your bike to your face but they are very unskilled. It took them 45 minutes to change one bike tube (after I figured out how to do it myself it took me 10). Not only did it make me late to work they neglected to realign my brakes, so when crossing airport blvd and braking before hitting the curb I was immediately thrown over the handlebars.
