I’ve been taking my girl’s to this dental and vision clinic for years. They truly have great staff that treat patients with exceptional care. It’s nice to be able to go to one place in order to get all your needs met.
This location, along with the other Adventure Dental offices, has been extremely frustrating to deal with. Communication is consistently poor, appointments get changed the same day with little notice, and there seems to be no clear coordination among staff. Billing has been just as confusing. We were told ahead of time there would be no copay, only to be informed on the day of the visit that we owed $150, then later told $60.
