I worked with Joann for over a year for a senior class trip we had planned (cruise to the Bahamas). She was extremely patient with this rookie and was always a great resource with the many questions I had. I’m sad that our cruise needed to be cancelled due to COVID but she helped us get our money back from a less than eager cruise line. If you are planning a class trip I would recommend her without reservation.
