Best parts department for all brands in all of Marquette county
Stopped in to check the store out and purchased a few small things. The staff was fricken great! My father stuck his heavy 1100 turbo in 4ft of snow about 2 miles down the road along with my uncles thundercat and they sent some awesome young men to get them unstuck at no charge. We actually went back to buy a bungee and shovel for over 200$ and they wouldnt even let us spend the money. Wish they were in my home town!
Stopped in to have hand warmer fixed. Got right in and was done in less than an hour. Great service, great customer service !

We experienced a malfunction with an electric shield wire while snowmobiling this weekend. A call was made to the business to see if they were still open, late Sunday. The owner said he would wait for us. We were on sleds in unfamiliar territory so it took longer than expected to arrive. The owner, Bob, waited 80 minutes past closing time to sell my friend a $5 part, a very important part during the single temps we were riding in. We planned our trip and didn’t anticipate having a few mechanical issues with our Sabercat. You took great care of us by repairing on the spot allowing us to continue to enjoy the trails with all of our Family. We cannot say enough about the exemplary service, knowledge and accommodating folks that took care of us. You can definitely see the passion they possess in the Snowmobile World. They make a Difference and it’s greatly appreciated!
