This is a last resort as management fails to address NOISE issues that multiple units have been reporting for over a year. Despite providing video recordings, sending emails, reporting in person, police visits, courtesy officers' multiple trips to the unit, management still has not taken action. We are awakened by insanely loud banging at odd hours at night (usually near or after midnight).
