This is honestly one of the worst places I and my girlfriend have stayed. When we moved out they attempted to charge us 2.5 times the rent with no photo evidence of anything they claimed was broken.
I would like to start by saying thank you to Alex Perez and his team, at Aventura harbor apartments. He has met every request and made living here at Aventura harbor apartments very enjoyable experience. Mini paradise! The grounds are cleaned daily. I would not recommend Aventura Harbor Apartments to anyone considering moving here. One of the first things I noticed while living on this property is that there are no security cameras. For a complex of this size, that is a huge safety concern for residents and visitors. On top of the safety issues, I am now being charged more than $1,400 for blinds, countertops, and late fees.
