The worst front office experience ever. 25 minutes on hold the first time I called to book my very first appointment. 30 minutes on hold the next time I called to inquire about that appointment. Result: canceling that appointment. I refuse to patronize a business that can't answer the phone promptly. I heard the urologist was good, which is a shame because he lost a customer, not for any fault of his own. I might consider him in the future if he joins a different practice. Pretty sure they leaked my data or are using a very sketchy payment website. I keep getting payment requests after making payment. They send email/text links to ‘PayMyDoctor’ website, which google says in a scam website, but has the logo for the group. So far I’ve paid $50 on the $25 charge and they are still asking for $25. I’ve attached a screenshot of the payment website with the logo.
I am disappointed on how this office is handling my overpayment. On August 8, 2025, I checked the patient portal via healow and my patient balanced showed as $40. Therefore, I made a $20 payment via patient portal, healow on August 8, 2025. On August 21, 2025, I checked the patient portal again to see if the patient balance has been updated and it wasn’t. It is unfortunate that, during my office visit, I experienced extreme unprofessionalism from the Physician Assistant (P.A.), Kristina. I have never been mistreated like this by any health care professional in an office setting; so, if you decide to go to this office for care - I would strongly suggest seeing someone else.
