I find Mrs. Gardiner thorough and cautious which I appreciate. Tyesha, the phlebotomist is sweet and a pro at drawing blood. My only reason for giving 4 stars is because during a few visits when I was in the waiting area a few different elderly people came in with canes and were having trouble because the doors are very heavy. I got up to assist but the doors are heavy even for me to open. I think that a medical facility should have handicap accessible, automated entrance doors. “Avani” the medical assistant was quite rude and dismissive. Thanks to the MD and Phlebotomist for making it a pleasant visit.
Very impressed with the office operations/scheduling appointment and checkin process. I am extremely pleased with my caregivers; looking forward to long relationship with practice.
