I called to get seen for a rotator cuff injury and the receptionist was very short with me, insensitive and unprofessional. Even laughing before hanging up the phone. Luckily I was able to get an appointment somewhere else.
Very unprofessional. Everyone seems to have an attitude here. If you don’t like your job get a new one.
