My mom was led to believe this urgent care would give her a drive-through rapid Covid test as advertised. Instead they led her inside, took her insurance, gave her a full physical, then denied her a test, despite her clear Covid-like symptoms (ie fever, aches, headache, nausea). Even if there is a shortage of tests in the area Adventist communicated horribly and manipulated my mom into receiving a full physical before denying her a test and downplaying her symptoms.
