We are retired and have weekly comprehensive strength training sessions with Will H. He provides a wide range of workout exercises each week and customizes each session to meet our individual needs. The facilities and equipment also fully meet our needs and we can both highly recommend this Adventist HealthCare facility.

We absolutely love Adventist Sports Performance! My 11-year-old son started working with Will in late summer 2025. Team sports never quite clicked for him, but he always talked about wanting to lift weights. A friend recommended ASP, and it’s easily one of the best things we’ve done. The Sports Performance Institute is amazing! The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Our son works with Robert Kambies and we could not be happier. Robert takes the time to customize an age-appropriate workout plan for our son. Not only does Robert pushes our son to be a better athlete but takes the time to explain the “why” behind each exercise. This is not your run of the mill gym but a true sports performance facility. This gym is really good. The trainer Will helps a lot and makes sure I do the exercises the right way. I feel accomplished after I finish my workout. I think anyone would like coming here.
