I highly recommend Gabriel Collado (Gabe). I worked with him for almost two months, and he created a safe and effective program using weights, resistance bands, and stretching exercises to help strengthen my muscles to support my long-term health. Gabe was knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging throughout my treatment. He carefully explained each exercise and made sure I was comfortable and using proper form. Excellent facility to help athletes and regular folks recover from their injuries. Gabe in particular was outstanding in helping me heal an injured hamstring and in defining a program to continue the recovery.

This is a wonderful place! I first came here for physical therapy for a knee injury and had a great experience with Dr. Eb Riverson. He is the best therapist I’ve ever had and helped me get back to running. I was so pleased with the facility that I enrolled in a sports performance program to get in shape and keep my running on track. William Hernandez is my coach, and so far my experience has been wonderful. This place is a gem!"
