The absolutre worst in answering the phone. you start with a long message, then the wait starts. After about 5-10 minutes the line disconnects. This happens EVERY TIME. How can this terrible service continue? They may have the greatest therapists int he world, but it you cant provide someone to schedule, pretty worthless. I have had enough, moving on to a PT that actually is responsive. PS been like this for weeks, bprobably 10 calls - never changes. THE WORST!
