It was my best experience that I would say that the staff, front desk from the technician are wonderful and caring. I am very pleased by my NURSE Stella N. at the CT scan who is very caring and attentive to my needs. She has a great heart, compassion and dedication towards her work. I was amazed when she did prayed over , I was terrified and she did eased and calmed me down. My gf booked an appointment for a specific type of imaging. They were confused when she tried to book it which is understandable since the type of imaging she needed is not common. After checking into it, they confirm that YES they can perform task and go ahead and book her for an appointment. She arrives just for them to say “it was a mistake” and that the hospital would have to handle it. That is pathetic, unreasonable and unacceptable as well as a waste of an hour commute.
