Caregiver is kind and gentle. Partners with family to determine best way to care and meet needs, communicates well with family. Office staff very responsive and helpful.
Recently, my 102 yo mother broke her wrist that required surgery, physical therapy, and occupational therapy. The PT and OT care provided to her by Adventist HealthCare Home Care Services has been truly exceptional. I am writing because the physical therapist, Tami Chambers, sets the gold standard for her profession. Ms Chambers is impressively knowledgeable and an effective communicator. I have had Adventist Home Care Service since September 2024. All of the nurses that came to my home were professional, caring, and knowledgeable about treating a wound on my leg. I would like to thank Alice, Morris, Khastus, Veronica, Esther, Fatmata, Yelena, and a very special thanks to Patty, who was the most caring and helpful.
