I had a very disappointing experience with this medical office. Before my appointment, I called to confirm if my insurance would cover the cost, and they assured me they would check and let me know. They later called back and left a voicemail, saying insurance would cover it as long as I brought a doctor’s order, which I did. However, two weeks later, I received a bill for $1,000. Came into scheduled appointment for 8 and have been waiting over an hour to get called back. I was supposed to get an echo and stress test done the same day (what I was told when I scheduled). When I went to the appointment, they told me the echo tech was not here. I already have my follow up appointment scheduled and now may have to move everything months back to get the echo scheduled.
