One, new locations should not be given bad reviews. I have been sitting in the white oak location for 3 hours. The staff is playing while at work. Laughing and talking. NONE of them on break so why are they not doing any work?. And it's the whole staff that is here on this 4:31am shift in the ER when you are placed in rooms. uncalled for, and unprofessional.
