We had our baby girl this Spring and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! I saw several of the midwives here and everyone was amazing, including the front of house staff and Nurses. Never felt rushed during the appointments. I’m always a bit nervous at hospitals and everyone made me feel comfortable. I love that multiple appointments were scheduled far in advance to make sure I could be seen at the correct weeks of my pregnancy.
Doctor is great, administrative staff needs help. If my situation/condition was not ambulatory or emergent I think they would be fine once they learn their new system, but I the patient who has a significant health issue is being treated like a problem by staff who is not knowledgeable or helpful, they cannot return calls as they promise and have left me hanging for care since my ER visit 8/11/26. Genuinely the best care I’ve ever received. I’m traveling over an hour for prenatal care just to stay with them for another pregnancy. They also helped me get in with my current counselor who has been a tremendous help even from the very first appt. They all really care. And the front desk staff is IMPECCABLE! I can’t speak highly enough about this team as a whole.
