Tara in the Front office needs some work in customer service. She needs to learn some skills from Amy (I won't call unless shes working). Also, this clinic need to not alienate guardians/parents. I understand minors have personal privacy rights but please at least say hello to parents. Billing is always coming from this office address or Tillamook - have had to fix errors as it seems billing is handled outside this office. Be diligent in assuring proper care and explanation given, as well as check your billing. Only clinic in Banks or close by within 20 minutes.
