Normally I have great experiences at the er in Ukiah, but last night was different. Something is inherently wrong with me I have had a headache almost a week with no fever and because my vital signs were normal they didn’t feel the need to look any further. I was told it was just post sinus infection pressure. I hope and pray that’s all it is but there are a number of very dangerous issues that don’t get revealed through vitals. The care that I received was outstanding. Great communication from the assistants and provider. I felt listened to and valued.
Other than parking in front of the wrong building and making the decision to walk over there, everyone I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. The folks checking me ( both offices) were very helpful and nice. The lady( I’m so sorry I can’t remember her name) was great! She made me feel very comfortable.
