I was in er 23. Room was disgusting blood on curtains,floor and bed. Both rails had ALL the screw were loose the vent above bed was full, clogged with lint dust and who knows what. Came in before noon. Advised I haven't eaten good in a few weeks was not brought dinner, yes I was in there from 11ish till around 2000hrs. I took a sitter to find me dinner. Was brought in for very high blood pressure from lucerne valley fire station. I quoted that my mind told me to lay down and let your body go. Dr. Not phych took that as si. Never treated my very high blood pressure both s and d were in 200s.. also pain. Did not treat that till they tried to give me mood drugs??? Upon release, still high blood pressure I have coronary and heart problems. Hmm almost killed my wife. 3 weeks with chest tube's with 3 missed diagnosis on her.
Dr. Minhaj is fairly new to the Methodist team in Tomball but went above and beyond to listen and understand my husband's very complex medical needs. He was also extremely patient and kind to my autistic grandson who was present for the visit. I highly recommend him and he will now be the new Primary Care Physician for my husband.
This review has nothing to do with the office staff but it does include my PCP Iand the offices new 3rd party answering service/company. This new service is a mess. You can not get to a human unless you hold on line, or get a call back, an hour away. The recording will give you a 58 minute wait time. So i tried going through another department and it was a 57 min wait time. I eventually had to drive down to the office to request a new prescription for my medication. I never Had a Issue with Agh until my last visit on 2-9-26. The care in the emergency room was awful I would love to put the name of the Dr on here, but I will not. This Dr called Me and A wife a Lier to our face. So, I lost my cool Not only did I wait 12 hrs. in the hospital er because the Er doctor don't believe in pain med's I have Chronic Pain from 4 back surgery's. he wanted me to lay on my back for 45 mins without any pain meds I cannot do that. Did the job, but concerning the patient's perception that patients' medical information is being shared informally within the hospital, this can lead to an environment where patients feel encouraged to discuss their own sensitive information more openly than they typically would.
I came to the Mallory Center for detox. I have been to other facilities, and I feel that this was definitely the best detox center I have been to. I recommend this for anyone. The doctors and staff are helpful and they really care.
This is the best place for getting care for not only your wounds but for your piece of mind. Dr Thompson and what I refer to as is wound care warriors are absolutely amazing . Always there to listen and make sure you are getting the best care and medical treatments that can be given. Will always refer people to them
