I don't recommend this hospital ,at all,they don't want to give any pain meds while you wait, you need to insist so much, you have to be in the bed for 1 hour until they bring out something, the doctor GEORGINA L CALDERON is the worst doctor I've ever gotten she only went in my emergency room 2 times and then disappeared i had a lot of blood in my stool and stomach cramps so bad, I asked for ultrasound and she said thell see then she disappeared, never came back then the nurses left meanwhile we waited for blood and stool re... read more

<p>Good morning,</p><p>I reviewed patient account, and in our old system patient has no encounters with open balances. In our new system patient does not have encounters with open balances either. Patient does have encounters that are being processed by his insurances. I did review those encounters, and I did not see any notes regarding a complaint, or an issue patient had with the facility. RecommendedI have always had a great experience with the staff and care I receive in Ukiah Adventist Health. Not always other facilities. Dr Hannah and his surgery team I highly recommend
They took great care of my wife
I had an MRI and an X-ray here. It showed a fractured vertebrae. During the procedure I asked for the images to be sent to my surgeon at UCSF. 3 days later I found out that you sent the written report ONLY. What surgeon would be content with that? I waited 2 weeks for the images to arrive in SF. Not an easy thing during a public health emergency. The librarian at Adventist told me you do not have the proper technology to upload the images to UCSFs secure website. I find this unacceptable and think you need a serious upgrade.

I was in the Hospital In Intensive Care & On Life Support for 8 Days. I was treated like an Angel From All The Doctors, Nurses, Technicians, Housekeepers, Everyone❤🙂❤. Thank Y'all so Much, I Will Never Forget ANYONE THAT TOOK CARE OF ME THOSE 12 DAYS. GOD BLESS YOU ALL.❤🙂❤
My 22 year old son has waited 3 months and is still waiting to schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist. I have called and begged you to expedite his treatment because he is violent, and I cannot care for him alone. You refuse to speak with me. He is now homeless after threatening to kill me and still has not received any support from any of your providers.
