Horrible customer service! Spent two weeks trying to get to talk to anyone. Finally get an appointment scheduled. Clearly tell them the workers comp claim. They set it all up. Over a week passed and the morning I’m heading up I get a call from someone who tells me they don’t have basic ENT equipment to do test. Then tell me they can’t do workers comp claim anyway. When I ask why they would have scheduled in the first place, they were absolutely clueless. I realize small coastal town, but still very unprofessional.
My concern on moving to a small town was the quality of available healthcare. I needn’t have worried. I feel like I’m in very good hands at Adventist!
