I just spent 4 days in this hospital I almost died of septic shock they saved my life! everyone of the nurses the CNAs and my doctor Dr.G was amazing! The ER department was wonderful! Thank you for saving me!
I'm really impressed with the staff at this new hospital..very nice and they are quick to help you. We needed this in Tehachapi.
Their Emergency room is a joke. I went there only because there is no urgent care here, plus it was the day after a holiday, and my illness prevented me driving an hour to Bakrsfld. I only had Pink Eye. No one knew what to do with me. They sent me to a local Opthmologist. Who I had to pay. Then, a Month later they bill me for almost $1,000. Best part, billing has no clue about the bills the Doctors send out.... awsome

when i had an occasion to visit the hospital, they were wonderful to me. wait time was reasonable, diagnosis was accurate and treatment was effective and comforting. so glad we have this hospital in tehachapi now.
I have seen people treated with compassion and kindness at the Adventists Hospital in Bakersfield so I have high hopes for Tehachapi Hospital. Injured local children and elderly people with stroke and heart issues and car accident victims, among others, may be able to get speedier treatment. I believe being near a hospital is associated with better health outcomes.
