Seen in the ER there yesterday for abdominal pain. I just want say that from walking in, to walking out , this place took care of me. The staff from the techs /nurses and doctors , and registration. It all went well. Brought my pain under control. Diagnosed me with a condition that was legitimate, prescribed me the proper prescriptions to help get me back to feeling better. The meds. Really good at drugging you up, not good at all to get you actually fixed . Took them 7 hours to just get me an ambulance. They only have two doctors in the emergency room. Very scary! And when I finally got transferred to the other hospital they said I would be seen by him there. But little did I know they lied about when I would be seen by this GI doctor. Seemed like these hospitals are more about drugging you up and keeping you there as long as humanly possible so they can bill you along the way. Send in multiple doctors ... read more
Long wait and poor attention to individuals needs. Full waiting area with sick people unmasked. Cold and uncomfortable in the waiting area.
I live here in Sonora and I have taken myself and my children here many times. When they had found out that my son passed out earlier in the day due to heat stroke, they made him a high priority which I appreciate. Doctors and nurses have been fairly thorough with their exams and listened to whatever symptoms my children or I had. Nurses were very friendly and professional, especially a Russian nurse. I was treated so poorly, but a lady in her 70s cried in pain begging for help and they mocked her! Said she sounded like a Thanksgiving turkey
