Long wait and poor attention to individuals needs. Full waiting area with sick people unmasked. Cold and uncomfortable in the waiting area.
I live here in Sonora and I have taken myself and my children here many times. When they had found out that my son passed out earlier in the day due to heat stroke, they made him a high priority which I appreciate. Doctors and nurses have been fairly thorough with their exams and listened to whatever symptoms my children or I had. Nurses were very friendly and professional, especially a Russian nurse. I was treated so poorly, but a lady in her 70s cried in pain begging for help and they mocked her! Said she sounded like a Thanksgiving turkey
I have a failing hip, it's artificial but way too soon to be in pain only a few years old. I went to Adventist Health in Sonora the ER, i was treated so poorly, but the lasy next to me, the staff made fun of her and its on video.
amazing service! quick and easy, expected to be there for hours and we only ended up being there for one!!
