Garbage nursing staff
I was there yesterday for a Spinal Biopsy. From the moment I walked in and until I was released the entire staff was wonderful.
I have had a baby here via c-section and have also been a patient in the ER. The nurses and staff have always been thorough and kind to me. If I have another baby, it will be at Sierra Vista. They have the most robust NICU and infant care in the SLO area.
My husband came here for a pre scheduled surgery for his deviated septum, we were pleasantly surprised to find a fully remodeled hospital inside and out! The volunteers working the front counter were extremely kind and helpful, as were our 2 main nurses during his stay, both were super fantastic for genuine care and friendliness. Shelly was his day-stay nurse and couldn't have been any better, such a calm and kind woman with lots of reassurance that all was going to be ok, she truely cared about us.
