The medical staff is so much nicer and their bedside manner is awesome! I will update with more information later to explain only 1 star. It appears that Adventist Health Sierra Vista has the ability to erase the part of a review that they don’t like. I had written that I was very unhappy with the uncleanliness of the hospital. I was there for three days and nights. The bathroom in my room was disgusting! Someone had diarrhea all over the toilet, the wall, and the floor. I am very happy to report on my stay at Sierra Vista Hospital. It was over the moon great care! “Every “ single person I came in contact with was good natured and so attentive . My husband was a patient there last January. The care he got was amazing, too. Thank you!
The entire staff, from the intake desk, the triage nurse, attending nurse, and the attending Dr, as well as every single person that worked there was pleasant professional kind and courteous. I couldn’t ask for more
I called to try to get some assistance for my daughter who was not feeling well and attends Cal Poly. The gentleman (was rude and had no compassion). Tone of voice was annoyed about our inquiries. I had to just hang up. Go work somewhere else if you hate your job!
