The absolute worst experience(s) I have ever had. Fasted, went to the Cambria location, charged me (and everyone) $50. Other companies do not have a charge. They lost my blood. The tech said they would put my file aside for the next visit as there will be no charge, went back they did not have my paperwork. 2nd test completed and I got another call back that they did not provide enough blood for all the tests, asked that I go back. 3 times I had to fast for 1 sample. DANGER! CLIFF HAZARD! 12FT DROP! Patients or visitors could walk/roll/crawl directly out hospital front door and off cliff. Multiple Unsecured Areas, could fall into creek bed, directly off main patient entrance, parking, and walking area! NO BARRIER! Inadequate barriers. Multiple safety violations throughout facility: Inadequate lighting! Unprotected fall hazards! Electric shock hazards! Exposed systems! Blocked emergency exits! Basic lack of all types of signage! My son received Outstanding Care by Ruth at the Emergency Dept this morning. She carefully listened to his concerns about how he had ruptured his Achilles Tendon. Ruth remained attentive to his needs at all times, informing him when the doctor would arrive, when X-rays would be taken, how the process would work with the Orthopedic Specialist. My son was greatly comforted by Ruth's Competency and her Professionalism. Highly recommend Adventist Health Sierra Vista, esp. the ED Dept and "Ruth'"!

The delivery staff here is rude, I wouldn't want a family member to come here again after listening to them talk to other people. Thankful that my sister in law had a successful delivery.
