My 11 month old baby girl choked with some solid peanut snack. We took her to emergency. There was a nurse who gave expired pedialyte electrolyte drink to my baby. My baby almost finished half drink when I noticed the pedialyte drink is expired since December 2025. When I asked her she didn't accept her fault. She was fully confident that she didn't make any mistake. She said pedialyte drink is safe even after its expiration date. I was worried about my daughter health. Over 4 hour wait! I expected to wait a couple hours when I took my mom last night but over 4 hours even for an emergency room seems outrageous. And the whole system of this emergency room seems inefficient. you get called in to a room to see the Dr or nurse and 1 minute later are told to go back to the lobby, so your just going back and forth between room and lobby countless times.
