Over 4 hour wait! I expected to wait a couple hours when I took my mom last night but over 4 hours even for an emergency room seems outrageous. And the whole system of this emergency room seems inefficient. you get called in to a room to see the Dr or nurse and 1 minute later are told to go back to the lobby, so your just going back and forth between room and lobby countless times.
