3 hour Wait while my 7 year old Daughter had 2 broken bones! No mercy no respect at all. They Prioritized over 20 patients that had mild issues , before us yet we came before them!! While my daughter is in excruciating pain for over 3 hours. We were thirsty and tired and they didnt even have water!! Are we in a third world country ?? I think we were racially discriminated against.

I had a wonderful experience at the Adventist Emergency Room, and I especially want to recognize Miguel from Patient Access. From the moment I arrived, he was incredibly patient, kind, and welcoming. His compassion and empathy truly stood out during a stressful time. He treated everyone with respect and genuine care, making the check-in process much more comforting than I expected. I have never been to a hospital this bad in my life. 26 years in my medical career and 3 different states that I have worked in.... this is by far the worst. Bed side manor or listening to the parent of an 8yr old ....forget that.... it won't happen in the ER. This hospital needs some huge reform. Won't even recheck a child of who comes in with over a 105 fever.... or give water. Not to mention refuse to listen to a parent on medical history... or even look for a cause. We took our 1 yr old daughter into the Emergency Room because she had fell and hit the back of her head. Immediately she turned pale and her lips purple. We also noticed the back of her little head was bruised and red, while she began to doze off. When we got there, we let the nurse know what happened and she was understanding, but when we let the dr know of the symptoms she had, he didn’t acknowledge and just looked in her ears and said she’s perfectly fine.
