Honestly, my experience at this hospital was extremely disappointing. I was there for about 6 hours, mostly waiting for my EKG, blood work, and urine test. The ER wasn’t even packed, so I don’t understand why everything took so long. The cleanliness was also a major concern. The bathrooms and patient rooms were very unsanitary. Even after a very very long time at the hospital over a dental bleeding, i still felt very taken care of felt comfortable by all the staff members who attended me to the last RN who discharged me thank you to everyone there. 🙏🏽

Dr.Karimpour was judgemental, horrible bedside manners, and did not spend time explaining my results. When I asked if they had tested for STDs he became visibly upset, said I dont do those and walked out. I want to thank Nurse Dianne, I was crying and she came in hugged me, went over the test results extensively, made me feel heard and seen. I understand this is a faith-based hospital but for that very reason we shouldn't be judged.

3 hour Wait while my 7 year old Daughter had 2 broken bones! No mercy no respect at all. They Prioritized over 20 patients that had mild issues , before us yet we came before them!! While my daughter is in excruciating pain for over 3 hours. We were thirsty and tired and they didnt even have water!! Are we in a third world country ?? I think we were racially discriminated against.
