Some of the staffs in the main hospital lab really needs to be retrained on their competency skills, continuously fishing for vein and putting patient through pain is unacceptable!
I got stabbed here, not okay !!
Yesterday’s visit was not my usual great visit. There seemed to be a short haired new gal. She was rude and just nasty towards me. I decided to go elsewhere. I think her attitude needs an adjustment. She seemed disturbed. All the ladies that were there before were sweet n nice, but not that one.
Went to get blood work the lady stabbed me 2 times and left me bleeding everywhere and in pain, so so so mad and will never go to this hospital again!!!!
The white man with a mustache working the check in desk at the lab kept misgendering me during my visit, disregarding what my gender says on my file and how i present. This was very distressing and made be really uncomfortable.
