Dr Ther Hacopian is very good but office staff and their services are awful.
Please notify patients with Virtual appointments if running behind schedule. My PA was over 30 minutes late, which can happen in the office, but no one notified me. I called and emailed about 3 times before getting through to anyone and getting a response.
This review is for front desk only. I came for urgent care and talked to two hispanic girls working at front desk. I don't know their names, one is regular size girl, second one is big one. It felt like they have a chronic attitude problem. Asking questions felt like you are pulling their teeth, they don't even want to answer. If I were the doctor, I would fire them on a spot. Horrible experience. I left right away and went to Urgent 9, and got excellent treatment there.
The visit was good. However, my prescriptions were sent to the wrong place. I called and asked to have them sent to my pharmacy and it has been over a week and the prescriptions have not been corrected. Very disappointed in the service I received as I have not been able to get my medications.
