It's too bad that Google won't let you write more than one review for a place. So I have to write a two-in-one. Each one being completely opposing since this business really has two separate operations. First, the good. The dental side. I cannot say enough nice things about them: from the ladies at the front desk to the assistants to the hygienists to Dr. Sy-Siong himself. This place is horrible. They can not keep an appointment they are always late. The staff doesn’t show any empathy. I spoke to the supervisor and she stated it’s normal for people to wait from a half hour to an hour in the main lobby. The Doctors are great but the office staff and scheduling staff are probably the worst I’ve ever seen. Who ever is the Director of this facility needs to take a serious look at the staff at this facility. They have no sense of urgency and do not value your time.
