Wait time is ridiculous i scheduled an appointment & waited an hour plus to be called back.
I've been taking my children here for 9+ years. I really miss Dr. Ferrér. 😢 She was an amazing person ❤ I would wait for hours to see her, but I never cared. She was always overbooked, but she took the time to hear your concerns as well as Dr. Karen. These two were the best 😍 they worked together and shared their load, and I love them both. Will continue to take my children there to see Dr. Karen and Lisa. Lisa is not that bad. She's just getting used to her new patients. The front desk is new staff as well but we will see... read more

The front receptionist was friendly and welcoming. Alondra was nice and took her time to explain the process. Lisa NP was very knowledgeable and caring; and took her time to address our concerns. We are definitely staying with this healthcare team.
