I've taking my kids to this medical facility since they were babies. Yes it's busy, yes Dr Barker is booked ahead. She's is the best and stretches her self thin to provide services to our communities Oakhurst and Mariposa. It's shameful how everyone talks so much shit about this place instead of targeting the real issue. We need more pediatrician, female doctors that specialize in womens health, and staff that work with kids. They need more funding to expand. My son has been going here for 5 months now, dr barker is amazing but it is so hard to ever reach anyone. been waiting almost 2 weeks to get my sons reflux medication refilled that was suddenly stopped without asking how his reflux has been. these are children!!? and no one seems to care but i bet they would if it were there own. stop taking on clients if you can’t give each one 100%.
0/10, DO NOT GO HERE!!! I wouldn’t go here for a paper cut. If you have a kid and live in the area I promise you, the drive to Fresno is worth the headache you’ll save. Front desk ladies are some of the worst customer service workers I’ve ever encountered. Rude and condescending, it’s like they’re mad to do their job. We love love love Dr Barker!!! She is incredibly thorough and caring. I agree with others however that the phone situation is rough -- I have been left on hold for upwards of 40 minutes at times. The office staff has prompted me to get the app to communicate instead; however, even being a fairly technologically literate person, I have had a lot of troubles with it and not been able to figure it out.
