Archaic old world health care where the employees far right religious beliefs are more important than your medical experience.
I wouldn't recommend this place. My FNP called at 6:30 pm and asked if she saw me. Never sent my referrals to a Cardiologist until 3 weeks later.
Dr Schaffner and his team are very professional and helpful. I have been coming to this fine institution for over 15 years and have been always cared for in a personal way the team here is kind and very helpful. Dr Schaffner is the anchor in my medical care without him I would be lost.
Avoid at all costs. This place is a joke. The most unprofessional medical clinic I have ever encountered. I called for an appt - was told it was a 6 week wait to see the doctor simply to get a referral. Decided to make the appts anyways despite the ridiculous wait time, on the day of my appt, I arrive 15 min prior to my appt time - and end up waiting a full hour to be seen by doc Monens. This office is a joke. These are not health care providers. Call center is in Hanford. Their answer is always go to urgent care.
