I had heard good things about this office. I guess I'll never know for myself because I've called multiple times over a span of two weeks and been sent straight to customer service with promises of a call back. I also went in person with my prenatal records from previous OB visits. I was then told that I'd recieve a call but that "they may not take me". Lady was all by herself and did an amazing job getting through all her appointments. Handling the front and drawing all the blood herself.
STAY AWAY. You'll never actually get to see the doctor. The doctor and midwives are great, but the staff and planning are SO TERRIBLE that you won't get the care you need in a timely manner. My last appointment was 3 YEARS ago. They reschedule me and reschedule me so many times that I get bumped back YEARS. Each rescheduling adds another 6 months because they are so booked.
