Dr. Pyo made any wait to be seen worthwhile. She is kind, bright, concerned. She gave great suggestions and medical council for the issues I presented as a post menopausal woman.
Adventist health is ruining healthcare in our community. Doctors are leaving and current patients are being told they cannot be seen for over 10 months if you dare to try and reschedule an appointment or they recommended the ER
This office missed my birth by not having a single person scheduled to work for 48 hours. I called on a Friday at 10am when my water broke and was put on hold for 45 minutes. When I was finally taken off hold, the receptionist told me I should call the hospital and she didn’t know why I called them. Once at the hospital, a nurse informed me no one from my doctor’s office was available. If I could give this review 0 stars, I would. I am beyond frustrated with this clinic. My appointment was scheduled for TOMORROW and they just called today to let me know that the person I was going to see had foot surgery and is out for 2 months. So I am literally getting a phone call cancelling my appointment less than 24 hours in advance, but God forbid I cancel my appointment with less than 24 hours notice, I would be charged a fee for that.
