Dr. Dubuque and his staff go above and beyond my expectations. He takes the time to answer every question and concern. He offers every option, starting with Natural Remedies, knowing this is my preference. He and his staff treat me like a family member, yet, are professional in every aspect. My husband had to wait 5 hours to be seen for chest pain. My daughter was raped and they didn't have a rape kit or social worker for her to talk with. She just ended up talking to two police officers, and after four hours, sent her home. After my ER visit, I can't access, view, or print my bill because they never sent an invitation link to get on the Patient Portal. Dr caudle .. waited on him for week and a half for cpap prescription after mine broke. Called twice last week. Yesterday his assistant called said he can't do your cpap because there's no record of a nebuluzer. I don't have a nebulizer. I have cpap. Already confirmed last August I redid my sleep study through his referral. Inept!!

Your faith based business is in the toilet you treat your patients like crap and your employees also I had a condisending doctor tell me she knew more about my body better than I did. I said I’m 60 something and your what maybe 35. Totally a B tch and another was so bad he was fired.

Went to Urgent care today 1:30 pm 16SEP, to check a gash on arm. I was in room 2. I noticed a very unhealthy aircon  which is very dirty and looks like mold or other stuff clinging on slats and inner. I would think this aircon should be sure patients get better to take care.  Please I don’t want to inhale such a dirty equipment .

A wonderful facility unlike the others the office staff is top notch and on top of everything, the other medical staff is really good, fast and friendly and my Dr., Matthew Satcher is one of the best Dr.'s I have ever had and I have been around. He is friendly and kind and really listens to what you have to say and whatever issue you are having you won't leave without some treatment plan. He is great. most of the nurses and sitters are fine however on the 10 of this oct the morning shift is very unsettiling. the male nurse left mom in the chair to relive herself telling her daughter shes just making it up...then the sitter for mom who has dementia..... tilted the bed with moms feet up to the ceiling head to the floor,, to keep her from getting out of bed,,,, i didnt know what to say this went on 20 minites,,,, sitter said this wore the patient out but looked more like waterbourding to me and mom was so stressed...i am so ... read more

they didnt let me put zero stars so I put one. nthey never answer phones so I had to go down in person front desk Kristen was no help so i asked for the supervision by the name of Trish nothin till i had to go above her head now all is well.. but shouldn't of had to do all that...........
