I have been going to this office a couple of years,I had Dr Bergstrom who is retiring,I had prescriptions I needed filled and they were very difficult about my controlled pills,They cut my dosage in half and are weaning me off of these without even talking to me first, A doctor who is covering for my doctor did this,, what!!!!!! THEY ARE GONE,beware of this place, Office staff is clueless too Oh Boy!!!!!!

Dr Bernier is the most rude arrogant person I have ever met. He didn't like that I had fallen down some stairs where I used to work and asked me pointedly if I thought it was fair of me to file a w/c claim. Even though I said I was ok, My boss had taken me in her car to her w/c doctor and said I had to do what he said. Six weeks out of work. I had to file because of the medical bills they incurred that they would not pay for the treatment. He refused service so we went to checkout. Dr. Bernier is cool. I have had MANY problems with the Adventist office staff however. I've had to return to their office to fill out paper work they had forgotten to give me. Which is really painful for me to do. Working with the public is difficult, I get it, but we're PATIENTS. They take refuse to take ANY responsibility for their mistakes and it's immediately the patient's fault there were given the wrong paper work, prescriptions weren't filled on time (sometimes up to a week later), and their "Portal" was down at the t... read more
