I am writing to share feedback regarding my first visit to your clinic today. Overall, I would rate my experience a 7 out of 10, though there were significant differences in the service I received. My experience began poorly with the front desk. Christina, who handled my check-in, was not welcoming. She did not make eye contact when checking me as a new patient and her demeanor felt rude, which made me second-guess my decision to choose this facility as my primary clinic. We had an excellent experience with this healthcare provider for my son, who has severe autism. The entire team was incredibly understanding and accommodating, especially with our requests regarding an ABA referral and the necessary forms that needed to be completed. This was our first time meeting Dr. Umar, and we were immediately impressed by his gentle, calm demeanor. We never felt rushed during the visit. I called because my kids are really sick, they were able to get me in but not with my regular doctor who is amazing Dr olsegra, we ended up seeing Dr Umar because it was an emergency he ended up saying it was nothing just a common cold remind you it's been since Friday my kids haven't ate they barely drink anything their coughing so hard they're vomiting they're not sleeping but yet there's nothing wrong. Total time I was there for was an hour and a half, just to be sent home with a pat on the back. Got told to “hydrate more and see your primary doctor”. What did I come here for then?
