I wish I could give the urology department zero stars. I’ve never been to a medical office that flat out refuses to do their job. It does not matter what time you call they will never answer they transfer to the exchange line where you’re put on hold then told sorry we’re not the office so we can’t help with scheduling, information, fax in other words completely useless and a waste of time then when you ask how you can get a hold of the office you’re told to keep trying this same number which then again gives you the exchang... read more
Let's normalize your front desk staff not giving medical advice out of their scope. They are not doctors and should not be turning away patients needing to be seen because they "don't do labs or ultrasounds" because my mom brought the er paperwork and was having side pain still. No they don't but the dr can order them to be done and since they refused to check my mom in how would she know she would even need that done?
