They called ahead of my service with them wanting payment is full and offering a discount if i paid in full at the time of service, they then billed me for the rest after my service.

I had an appointment today for a simple biopsy on my right breast to check for cancer. Supposedly an in and out appointment with nothing more than a local needed. First, the 'greeter' hassled me over my personal mask (which has to be sterilized in hot water due to severe dust allergies) but never once offered to take a temperature check to see if I were actually sick. Horrible doctors in the ER. They are too busy laughing in the back when there is a waiting room full of people. Also when you get in the rooms the beds are still dirty and not cleaned. This hospital is a joke.

We took mom Skilled Nursing Facility to DRMC for blood transfusion. She's been suffering with Bone marrow cancer with dysfunctional kidney. She's been there more than a few times and we thought they're familiar with her condition. Well, we assumed wrong. Dr Awerbuck dropped-by and talked briefly with mom and us then left. CNA's came and prepped mom for her transfusion. Lab team also came and drawn blood for blood test. Also, the dinner came in approximately at 5pm and mom finished hers.
