I had an extremely frustrating experience with AdventHealth Group. I went in for a routine preventive care visit, expecting it to be covered under my insurance as preventive services typically are. I've been charged for a service that should have been paid ?? percent by insurance coverage and I paid for service out of pocket and CANNOT get the billing department to file it correctly to get my money back. I've spoken to the insurance agent and they have also called the billing department and I'm still not seeing any results.

Adventist Health and its employees, including the president of the network, who refuses to take accountability for his employees and their misconduct, are sorry excuses for the jobs they hold. Adventist Health is for-profit and governed by greed. THIS MEDICAL CENTER IS NOT VERY GOOD AT WHAT THEY DO, BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT THEY NEVER ANSWER THE ****** YOU ALWAYS HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE.THEY CALL AND WANT TO CHANGE APPOINTMENT AT THE LAST MINUTE.OUR DOCTOR IS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS HOSPITAL, IS THE ONLY REASON I TRIED TO USE THEM. NOT GOING BACK. IF I COULD LEAVE A NEGATIVE STARS IT WOULD BE FIVE OF THEM.

Went here and they are double charging for the same services for an Emergency visit on the same day. Paid off balance to 0 in March 3 months after I went. Then got a bill just recently there is a discrepancy in billing.

If they had negative stars I would put a negative star but because you have to put some sort of a star I put one. I have been fighting this claim for over a year now I was told by my primary care physician to go into the hospital due to covid symptoms and because covid was so new at the time in March of 2020 that was my best option. They called ahead of my service with them wanting payment is full and offering a discount if i paid in full at the time of service, they then billed me for the rest after my service.
