I went in for an 8:30am ultra sound appointment on 03-12-2025. When I arrived I was told the appointment was actually at Rideout in Marysville. The 2 front desk ladies were extremely nice and helpful and also managed to squeeze me in a time at 9:30am. I want to give them a huge thank you because I appreciate the work they went above and beyond. I did not get their names, unfortunately. :( 5/5 would recommend the imagining department.

Extremely unprofessional in regards to the late policy. If someone calls and tell the clinician they are going to be just 5 minutes late to their appointment due to a inexcusable family matter and they ensure her that “As long as you’re here before the 15 minute grace period you’ll be fine”. The patient arrives barely 6 minutes late and the provider at the front desk refuses her services because she stated that they have a “One minute late policy” Which is completely untrue and should have let her be seen.
